What is BIM, Actually? In simple terms, it is a cost & time saving method.

Building information modeling (BIM) has emerged as one of the most promising recent developments in architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC).

Building information modeling (BIM) is a method of creating a digital model of a building that is accurate and accurate.
